Light, refreshing, and fruity, this mocktail will make you blush with pleasure! Its secret? Two bags of our Ça Va Frui'Thé tea, brewed according to the rules of the art!
Bartenders from France and Navarre did not wait for Les 2 Marmottes to concoct cocktails, often alcohol-free, based on tea .
If they love to make a place for it on the bar (and in their shaker), it's because the tea, once infused, brings to their creation a delicacy and an unparalleled fragrance.
Subtly fragrant, fruity, floral, or spicy, tea gives cocktails all their flavors and colors. Well accompanied and served at just the right temperature (definitely not iced!), tea becomes the perfect companion for an aperitif, with or without alcohol, but always surprising and delicious.
When we say "tea-time" , do you think of porcelain cups and little cakes?
We offer you a different atmosphere with cocktail glasses, aperitif biscuits and an original recipe around tea.
The lucky winner is Ça Va Frui'Thé . With its tangy notes of hibiscus and raspberries, it's a real treat. To make it sparkle, add a little sparkling water, to wake it up, a little lemon, and to round off the edges even more, a few centilitres of orgeat syrup.
Our little paw tells us you'll love it. And rest assured, you don't need a BAC +12 in mixology to make this 100% pleasurable mocktail.
Simply follow the recipe and you're done. With Les 2 Marmottes, cocktail creation might just become your cup of tea!
