To be eligible for the 10% discount for professionals, simply create an account by providing your SIRET number and your intra-community VAT number. Once your account is created, professional rates are automatically applied to all products on the site that you view.

We don't offer loose tea bags, and for a reason: plants are very sensitive and lose a lot of their flavor when exposed to air. That's why we chose to package our infusions in tea bags, then protect them in an overwrap, and not loose, so that the taste of your favorite herbal teas is always optimal!

We are gradually offering a choice of samples, i.e. bags without cardboard boxes, which helps avoid over-packaging.

We currently have a sample offer available on the site, priced at €0.85 excluding VAT for 5 bags, but this is mainly for small quantities: it's ideal for testing a new infusion flavor or filling a gift box. This option is automatically offered to you when you validate your basket.

Our small quantity bulk offer (40 sachets for €6.74 excluding VAT) is available at this address . You can personalize each batch and choose up to 4 different flavors per batch from the selection offered.

Are you located outside of France? Contact us, providing your company's registration number with your country's trade register, and our team will help you create your account.

For orders placed through the website, bank transfers are available to professionals in mainland France for orders over €50 excluding VAT. Orders are prepared and shipped upon receipt of the transfer.

For international orders or orders under €50 excluding VAT, the site offers payment by credit card or Apple Pay.

To reduce paper consumption, Les Marmottes does not include invoices in packages.

We need to wait for the package to be delivered before we can issue the invoice. The invoice will then be posted to your account within 1 to 2 business days of receiving the package.

You can then find your invoice in your customer account.

For all orders placed via the site, payment is made in cash.

In the case of orders paid by bank transfer, orders are prepared and shipped upon receipt of the transfer.
