A REAL vanilla tea for maximum pleasure
Not to say, but we still have to whistle it loud and clear: for this delicious recipe, we recommend our Vanilla tea to us. Yes, our Organic Vanilla Tea is one of the only ones to be 100% plant-based, with real, unspent vanilla pods , and to contain no added flavoring (neither artificial nor natural either – we don't cheat.). Not even a little extract, NA-DA. A small feat that our master brewers are mutteringly proud of, because vanilla is an art in itself!
The result? An ultra-gourmet tea , round and intense, and that little floral taste that you won't find anywhere else... Perfect for gently perfuming your days (and our little pots of cream, mind you!).

One pot, three pots, four pots!
For four small pots of tea and vanilla cream, here are our marmots' recommendations:
- 2 vanilla tea bags
- 400ml of milk (or vegetable milk)
- 60g of sugar
- 2 eggs.
You can double or triple the quantities depending on the number of small jars desired.
The recipe for vanilla cream with Thé des Marmottes
1/ Heat the milk and infuse the two vanilla tea bags in a saucepan. Remove from the heat before boiling.
2/ In a bowl, beat the eggs one by one and add the sugar.
3/ Add the infused milk.
4/ In an ovenproof dish, add water halfway up. Then place the ramekins that you previously filled with the mixture.
5/ Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
6/ Once the creams have cooled, place them in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
7/ Enjoy!
What can you use instead of vanilla tea to make even more original little pots of cream?
Now that you have the recipe, there's nothing stopping you from exploring other gourmet constellations to make other tea-infused creams.
For example, you can opt for our Strong Spiced Tea , whose cocktail of spices will definitely add some pep to your little pots of dessert cream.
Or go in a completely different direction with Fleur'Thé Jasmin : infused in milk, its delicate floral notes will bring a touch of sweetness and charm to your little pots of cream.
