An icy treat with no added sugar
The problem with ice creams and sorbets is often their downright high sugar content.
To refresh yourself without forgetting to treat yourself, we have tested plant-based ice cream sticks for you.
To make this healthy and tasty recipe, we chose the Retour de Soirée infusion.
With its notes of rosemary , sweet mint , coriander, lemongrass and eucalyptus , the least we can say is that it's not afraid of anything. Decorated with a few sprigs of fresh herbs, it will transform, in no time, into delicious ice cream sticks. Sounds good to you?
The downright frosty recipe
To make ice cream popsicles with a delicious plant-based flavor and no added flavors, you need:
- 2 bags of Return from Evening infusion
- sorbet molds
- a few fresh mint leaves
- 4 wooden sticks
- a freezer!
You'll see, it's very simple: to start, infuse 2 or 3 bags of our Retour de Soirée infusion in 1 liter of water, and let it cool to room temperature.
After an hour, place the mixture in each of the molds.
Add a few chopped mint leaves and gently place the wooden sticks (so that they stick out).
Leave to set in the freezer for about 4 hours... and enjoy!
Ps: it also works in granitas!
If you're in a frosty mood, indulge in a fruity granita.
