Our unique recipe is made from not one but several thyme essences. Our master infusers work with the whole thyme leaf to ensure it expresses its full aromatic power once infused. Tasting, selecting, inspecting, cutting, sifting, blending... Infusion is an art in itself.
To concoct this thyme infusion with its incomparable aromas, flavors, and benefits, our master infusers focused on diversity. And it's a success: the combination of thymus vulgaris and thymus zygis essences, harvested from their best terroirs at the best season, gives this recipe a unique aromatic power!
It's impossible not to be captivated by the warm, sweet aromas of our thyme tea ! Just one cup and you'll be transported to the garrigue, the preferred terroir of this extraordinary herb. In ancient Egypt, it was already used to embalm bodies. Its Greek roots speak for themselves: meaning perfume, thyme was used as a fragrant offering. In the Middle Ages in Europe, it was even used against plague epidemics. As you can see, thyme infusion is good and it smells good! And, the icing on the cake: it's full of benefits.
