Our unique recipe is made from not one but several thyme essences. Our master infusers work with the whole thyme leaf to ensure it expresses its full aromatic power once infused. Tasting, selecting, inspecting, cutting, sifting, blending... Infusion is an art in itself.

At Les 2 Marmottes, we love it when things breathe! And with our 100% thyme infusion, there's no need to pull out all the stops: this little plant with character does the job all by itself (and without caffeine, please).

Soothing for the throat and chest, thyme naturally contributes to respiratory well-being. It's a great help when you feel itchy, tingly, or feel a tickle in your throat.

At three cups a day (and a few deep breaths in between), thyme soothes the neck, throat, and vocal cords, and provides welcome relief from irritation.

It can even help fight colds when the wind makes your nose red.

And as if that wasn't already a lot for a simple scrubland plant, thyme also strengthens natural defenses - all with a little bonus of keeping breath fresh (yes, even after raclette).

Quelles tisanes pour soulager les maux d'hiver ?

Quand la gorge picote et que le nez commence à s’y mettre lui aussi, prenez les devants et sortez l'infusion Thym. Avec cette tisane 100 % thym, à raison de 3 tasses par jour, pas besoin de sortir le grand jeu : apaisant pour la gorge et la poitrine, le thym contribue naturellement au bien-être respiratoire. Cette petite plante de caractère fait le travail toute seule (et sans caféine, s’il vous plaît).

Combien de temps se conservent les infusions et thés ?

Nos maîtres-infuseurs garantissent la stabilité gustative de nos thés et infusions pendant 3 ans après fabrication. C’est seulement au-delà de cette limite qu’il peut y avoir des modifications organoleptiques. La date indiquée en dessous de nos boites d’infusions est une DDM : Date de Durabilité Minimale, c’est à dire que le produit est « à consommer de préférence avant … », contrairement à une DLC : Date Limite d’Utilisation, qui est indiquée sur les produits frais et donc « à consommer jusqu’au… ». Si votre infusion préférée a dépassé sa DDM, pas de panique, elle peut encore être consommée, il n’y a pas de problème sanitaire lié à un éventuel dépassement de la DDM. Seul bémol : les caractères organoleptiques du produit peuvent être légèrement diminués, comme un goût et une odeur éventuellement plus faibles.

Est-ce que toutes les infusions et thés sont fabriqués en France ?

Absolument ! Tous les thés et infusions des marmottes sont fabriqués dans notre terrier de Bons-en-Chablais, en Haute-Savoie. Pour éviter toute confusion avec l'origine de la plante "thé" (qui pousse en Asie), on parle techniquement de "conditionnement" pour les thés du terrier.
