Soothing for the throat and chest, thyme naturally contributes to respiratory well-being. It's a great help when you feel itchy, tingly, or feel a tickle in your throat.

At three cups a day (and a few deep breaths in between), thyme soothes the neck, throat, and vocal cords, and provides welcome relief from irritation.

It can even help fight colds when the wind makes your nose red.

And as if that wasn't already a lot for a simple scrubland plant, thyme also strengthens natural defenses - all with a little bonus of keeping breath fresh (yes, even after raclette).
