Nicolas, when did you get the bright idea to join the burrow?
I arrived 11 years ago and became team leader 4 years ago at the plant workshop. Right in the place where we prepare the 100% plant-based herbal teas and herbal teas of Les 2 Marmottes.
What do you like about your job?
I've always been close to nature. Working closely with plants makes me feel completely in my element. We truly respect plants and the environment, and that's really important to me.
Do you have a favorite plant?
No, all plants are different! Some smell very strong and are difficult to work with, others smell great and are pleasant to work with... but I love them all!
What made you want to join Les 2 Marmottes?
The story of Les 2 Marmottes is first and foremost that of a family who had the flair and audacity to get into plants and infusions. And that's definitely inspiring!
Can you share with us a memorable moment from life at the burrow?
The departure of Jean-Marc Stezycki, my first boss, was a real turning point. He came from this great family history and was one of the founders of the brand, so there was inevitably a before and after. Thanks to him, the company had a really good foundation. The arrival of new investors allowed us to go even further.
What is your favorite recipe?
I love thyme infusion ! Honestly, it's excellent. In addition to its taste, I'm especially fond of its 1000 virtues, especially for winter ailments . Personally, I use it to calm coughs and decongest the bronchi. I usually add a spoonful of honey and, with that, I'm ready for winter!
