After Party herbal tea

A frozen pleasure without added sugar

The problem with ice cream and sorbets is often their downright high sugar content.

To refresh you without forgetting to treat yourself, we tested for you the popsicles with plants.

To make this healthy and tasty recipe, we chose our After Party infusion.

With its notes of rosemary, sweet mint, coriander, lemongrass and eucalyptus, the least we can say is that it is not shy. Decorated with a few sprigs of fresh herbs, it will turn, in no time, into delicious ice cream sticks. What do you say?

Recette de thé chai au lait : popote de marmottes

The downright frosty recipe

To makeplant-flavored popsicles with no added flavors, you need:

- 2 teabags of our After Party infusion

- sorbet molds

- a few fresh mint leaves

- 4 wooden sticks

- a freezer!

You will ll see, it's very simple: to start, infuse 2 or 3 teabags of our  infusion in 1 liter of cold water.

After an hour, place the preparation in each of the moulds. Add a few chopped mint leaves and gently place the wooden sticks (so that they stick out).

Leave to set in the freezer for about 4 hours… and enjoy!

It also works in granitas!

If you are in an icy mood, let yourself be tempted by a fruity granita.
