We're told through the grapevine that about a third of adults suffer from occasional insomnia. To prevent them from spending sleepless nights brooding, we've come up with a bedtime ritual. The goal? To feel good and relieve the tension before bed.

We think for example of the chamomile grown by Aurélien in Isère, verbena or linden , the sleep superstars that you will find in our latest: 1,2,3... SLEEP! But these 3 beautiful shoots are not the only ones to soothe the mind...

Take lemongrass for example: among sleepers, it has a reputation for helping them fall asleep instantly. As for lavender, it seems to have long been used in hospitals in our English friends to help overworked patients fall asleep after an operation.

Orange petals are also often underestimated: beyond their captivating scent, they are also known for their relaxing properties . That's why we included them in our Marmot Infusion . It's the same story with cloves : their intense woody and fruity notes comfort you from head to toe.

When it comes to the benefits of plants, most of our grandmothers know a thing or two about them. Just open their cupboards or rummage through their drawers to find out for sure: they almost always have a box of chamomile herbal tea in stock!

On the occasion of Grandmothers' Day , take the opportunity to introduce them to chamomile in an accompanied version.
