For this alcohol-free recipe, we've used the special spices that make mulled wine such a hit throughout Europe: orange peel, cinnamon, a few clovesand some coriander seeds... All with no added flavourings of course!
As we always have herbs, spices, fruit and roots on hand, we had fun spicing up our Mulled Wine mix.
Forget water, infuse our recipe directly in apple juice for 10 minutes, preferably organic apple juice. Add a spoonful of honey for sweetness, and as we thought it lacked a little pizazz, we added a few drops of lemon. Bingo! This home-made recipe was immediately given the thumbs up by our team in Bons-en-Chablais. Teamwork is dreamwork at Les 2 Marmottes!
