Warm spiced mocktail

Here at Les 2 Marmottes we're exploding with ideas before we go into hibernation mode. Here are some warm, seasonal, non-alcoholic cocktails we've lovingly created using our cult herbal tea: APPLE & CINAMMON.

The anti-shivers cocktail

Who said pumpkins (we've got nothing against them) had the monopoly on Halloween?

We'd rather give you a sweet, fruity and comforting recipe. Our stars of the season: apples and cinnamon.

And there's no question of disguising their autumnal flavours with added aromas. At Les 2 Marmottes, we're not afraid to let you discover the real taste of plants, fruit and spices.

But we're not stopping there, we're also dreaming up cocktails and mocktails that everyone wants to try.

For Halloween, we're suggesting this warm, non-alcoholic cocktail to make your taste buds shiver with delight. A clever blend of fruits and spices.

A cocktail to satisfy your sweet tooth is bound to be a nice Halloween surprise, don't you think?

Don't be scared!

To make this warm, non-alcoholic cocktail, you'll need next to nothing:

- 2 to 4 bags of Apple & Cinnamon tea to taste

- 1 large juicy organic orange

- Water

- Nutmeg (or cloves if you like strong spices)

- Brown sugar

Infuse the sachets of apple & cinnamon tea in a pan of water, at 100°, for 5 minutes.

Add the orange slices and a pinch of nutmeg and leave to heat gently for 10 minutes.

Add brown sugar (to taste).

Mix everything together and serve piping hot!
