From the morning, to accompany a snack or as a snack, rosemary is a valuable ally throughout the day to help us detoxify our body .

Rosemary:

  • contains natural antioxidants
  • contributes to digestive comfort
  • facilitates the digestion of fats
  • supports liver and biliary function
  • and helps stimulate the production of digestive juices.

Just that!

As a detox treatment, consume 3 cups per day for a maximum of 15 days.

What rosemary is used in Les 2 Marmottes infusions?

At Les 2 Marmottes, we work with raw plants from small producers .

Picked with a pruning shears in the foothills of the Moroccan mountains, our rosemary is cut, sieved and then assembled in our workshops.

Twice a year, our master brewers check this wild and organic harvest  which allows us to work with plants of the best quality.

With no added flavors, our infusions deserve the best of rosemary!

In which recipes do our master infusers use rosemary?

Rosemary is an ally for livers damaged by certain excesses. Its naturally wild aroma makes it a powerful and refreshing infusion . Drink it in our Back from the Evening recipe. before going to sleep, to rehydrate and wake up fresh as the morning dew, or in our Detox and You and Cocktail Digest infusions, which set the tone.

For those who like strong and contrasting flavors, let the rosemary infuse for at least 5 minutes at 100°C, then add a spoonful of fir honey.

No more bouquet garni? Add a few sachets of our 100% Rosemary recipe to a broth, and you're good to go.

Rosemary adapts to all situations, from morning to night and from night to morning, in all seasons. A friend for life.
