Hot Apple Juice: the ultimate winter drink

Jus de Pomme Chaud : la boisson phare de l'hiver

For this alcohol-free recipe , our marmots have chosen the special spices that make mulled wine so popular throughout Europe: orange peel, cinnamon, a little clove, a few coriander seeds... All this without added flavoring, of course!

The secret recipe of the 2 Marmottes

Since we always have plants, spices, fruits and roots on hand, we had fun rethinking traditional mulled wine.

Forget the water, infuse a bag of spiced herbal tea directly in apple juice , preferably organic, for 10 minutes.

Add a spoonful of honey for sweetness, and as we found it lacked a bit of pep, we added a few drops of lemon.

Bingo! This homemade recipe was immediately approved by the Bons-en-Chablais team. Unity is strength at Les 2 Marmottes!
