Infusion It Looks Like the South

Too often made up of tons of salt (or even sugar) and oil, industrial stock cubes rarely keep their promises.

And since at the burrow, we're not the type to sit on the good and true taste of plants, we've come up with a broth recipe full of character and expression.

To make a good vegetable broth, you need good ingredients and a little time!

Seasonal vegetables, preferably organic, aromatic plants, a little salt and pepper, possibly some spices if you feel like it, but nothing more!

There's no need to complicate things; what matters is to bring the flavors together in simmering water. To enhance it, you can add vermicelli or small noodles, but definitely no fuss or flavorings!

Particularly comforting, the broth is therefore above all good for morale!

But its benefits aren't limited to our state of mind. A good vegetable broth can also provide real intestinal comfort, not to mention its hydrating properties.

The strength of broth also lies in the minerals it contains in significant quantities. Consumed mostly in Europe at dinner, at the beginning of a meal, broth is also served in a cup, starting with breakfast in many Asian countries...
