Tasty rosemary is used in herbal teas

What are the benefits of rosemary in infusions?

From the Egyptians to Charlemagne, who fostered its cultivation in his royal gardens, this herb is full of well-being goodness!

In the morning, with a snack, or as an afternoon tea... rosemary is a precious ally throughout the day that helps detoxify the body.

Rosemary favours the well-being of the liver, and we're certainly glad it's there after a little overindulgence.

As part of a detox, enjoy 2 cups a day for a maximum of 15 days.

The naturally fresh and wild scent makes it a powerful infusion that helps detoxify your body.

What kind of rosemary is used in Les 2 Marmottes infusions?

At Les 2 Marmottes, we work with raw plants from small producers.

Picked by hand in the foothills of the Moroccan mountains, our rosemary is cut, sifted, and blended in our workshops.

Twice a year, our brewmasters supervise this natural organic harvest, which allows us to work with the best quality plants.

With no added flavours, our infusions deserve the very best rosemary!

In which recipes do our brewmasters use rosemary?

Rosemary is an ally for your liver when you've overindulged. Its naturally wild scent makes it a powerful and refreshing infusion. You'll find the benefits of rosemary in a selection of our recipes. Sip our After Party brew before bed to rehydrate yourself and wake up fresh as a daisy, or allow our Detox and You or Digestive Cocktail infusions to reveal all...

If you love strong and contrasting flavours, let the rosemary infuse for at least 5 minutes, then add a spoonful of fir honey.

Run out of bouquet garni? Infuse a few bags of our 100% Rosemary brew as a broth, and you're good to go!

Rosemary is the star of versatility... enjoy it from morning to evening and throughout the seasons. A friend for life.
