What green tea is used in Les 2 Marmottes infusions?

Our master infusers have unearthed a full-bodied green tea whose green notes linger in the mouth for a long time: Yunnan green tea .

100% organic, it comes from the oldest tea plants in China, in a mountainous region.

It is called the Mocha of teas for its taste quality, or even Surgeon's Tea because it is said to wake you up without irritating you.

Green tea and black tea come from the same shrub; it is the strength of oxidation that distinguishes them.
