We'll tell you the story of this new recipe, born at the foot of the peaks, in Haute-Savoie.
Used since Antiquity for its many benefits, mint continues to attract the attention of our master infusers who love to work with it to create essential recipes.
Duo de Menthes is no exception to the rule and as its name suggests, it is not one, but two mints that make it up.
A sweet mint that brings roundness and subtlety and a darker, more powerful peppermint , for maximum freshness! It is this mixture, freshness - sweetness, which interests our master infusers and gives them completely refreshing ideas!
Sweet mint is picked in the capital of mint tea, you guessed it, Morocco.
The peppermint is freshly picked by Alain, a small producer in Milly-la-Forêt with whom we have long-standing, trusting relationships. Recognizable by its oval leaves, the peppermint is harvested from the first week of June to the second week of July.
Its powerful and penetrating scent is enough to make our master brewers' heads spin and give them some fresh ideas! By the way, how about some mint iced tea ?
