Friendly, creative and alcohol-free , mocktails have become the new trend for summer evenings. An English term created from the verb "mock" which means "to imitate", and which therefore translates to imitating a cocktail, mocktails are also called "soft cocktails".
Our marmots have therefore come up with two fresh and offbeat recipes to dance all night long without getting dizzy!
We can see you coming. No, non-alcoholic drinks are no longer the sad options that only the driver of the party was allowed to sip.
It's even become the latest trend. Bartenders are doubling down on their creativity to revisit your favorite cocktails like the Bora Bora*, the Cosmopolitan*, or even the Gin and Tonic* without a drop of alcohol.
And when it comes to creativity, our marmots haven't had their last word. With them, plants are also invited to the party, because our mocktails contain nothing but plants. And yes, we've come up with recipes that are 100% plant-based, 100% refreshing , and have no added sugar. Wow, that's a good idea. Come on, it's your turn.
