Our marmots have taken out their aprons and chef's hats to create this brand new recipe for you: a verbena and lime cake . But not just any verbena! Our marmots ' 100% organic verbena . Its slightly orange color and sweetness enhanced by a lemony note make this pastry a recipe to devour.

• 3 eggs
• 200g of flour
• 120g of sugar
• 120g melted butter
• ½ sachet of yeast
• 8cl of milk
• 2 squeezed limes
• 4 sachets of organic verbena from Les 2 Marmottes
Verbena is this way 1/ Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2/ In a salad bowl, beat the 3 eggs with the 120g of sugar until the mixture whitens.
3/ Then add 200g of flour, ½ sachet of yeast and 120g of melted butter.
4/ Mix to obtain a smooth paste.
5/ Take 4 bags of Les 2 Marmottes verbena infusion
6/ Boil them in 8cl of milk, then remove from the heat and let them infuse for 30 minutes in the milk.
7/ Squeeze the 2 limes and add the juice to your dough.
8/ Remove the 4 Les 2 Marmottes verbena infusion bags and pour the infused milk into your preparation.
9/Gently mix everything together.
10/ Butter a cake tin and pour in your mixture.
11/ Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
Remove from the oven, let cool, cut and… ENJOY!
