What are the benefits of green anise in infusions?

Consumed by humanity for thousands of years for its digestive properties, green anise is farmed mainly for its seeds and leaves.

Its unique taste, both warm and fresh, makes Green Anise the amazing plant it is.

Its flavour can be appreciated in a plethora of dishes and its virtues are numerous.

SUPERSTAR INFUSION:⭐ digestive cocktail ⭐

The great taste of aniseed and a touch of freshness, all highlighted by the irresistible aromatic notes of sage.

The very first digestion cocktail... even a Christmas dinner would be no match for it!

What kind of Green Anise is used in Les 2 Marmottes infusions?

When crushed, the aroma is more intense, and thus all its aromatic power can be felt in our infusions after brewing in hot water.

The grey-brown seeds are formed from the small white flowers of the plant, which can reach up to 50 cm in height and form an umbel. Beautiful and delicious, the perfect combo!

The seeds are mainly cultivated in the Mediterranean as they just love the sun.

After the harvest, our brewmasters take over to concoct their secret recipes.
