We love the real taste of citrus fruits in herbal teas

What are the benefits of citrus fruits in infusions?

Mainly farmed in Mediterranean countries from April to November, citrus fruits line the shelves once autumn arrives.

And it's really great timing!

Renowned for their high vitamin C content, which is perfect for fighting fatigue and boosting the immune system, these fruits are great at keeping us going when the cold sets in.

What kind of citrus fruits are used in Les 2 Marmottes infusions?

Citruses are the most harvested and consumed fruits once winter arrives.

They're recognisable for their thick peel, sunny colouring, and juicy fragrant fruit...

Citrus fruits have plenty of ways to give us an energy boost through the winter days.

In which recipes do our brewmasters use citrus fruits?

Our brewmasters have been busy concocting infusions to brighten up your winter days.

Lord & Lady Lemongrass: the delicious taste of lemon and notes of liquorice provide a tasty and colourful brew.

Leave to infuse for 5 minutes at 100C°, and why not try it cold if you're nostalgic for the summer?

A second brew, Citrus (aptly named), perfectly matches the notes of lemon, bergamot, and orange, and can be enjoyed both hot and cold.

And a new herbal blend for lemon fans : Lemon Ginger, coming in hot... or cold !
