Summer is the perfect season to create delicious mocktails. We present Tutti Fleuri, a summer-ready mocktail made with flowers and fruit. Sunny, floral, refreshing...and easy to make!
While infusions are a must-have in winter, they have everything it takes to become the undisputed stars of summer... especially if you have the good idea of using them in your alcohol-free cocktails!
For this summer recipe, we chose to use our Tutti Fleuri herbal tea as a base: a delicious blend of elderflowers, hibiscus flowers and raspberry pieces, enough to make your petals fall off!
A non-alcoholic herbal cocktail is quick and easy to make at home: no need for complicated ingredients or bartending experience to succeed, a few herbal tea bags form the basis of the recipe!
To make your own non-alcoholic herbal tea drink, you will need...
- 2 Tutti Fleuri raspberry-hibiscus infusion bags
- 500 ml of water
- The juice of half a lemon (preferably organic)
- 1 tablespoon of your favorite honey or agave syrup
- A few fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
- Depending on your taste, a few slices of seasonal fruit (like strawberries or peaches).
The base of your summer mocktail is, of course, Tutti Fleuri herbal tea.
Start by steeping two tea bags in hot water for 5 to 7 minutes. This step is essential to bring out the fruity and floral aromas of the infusion.
Let it cool then add the lemon juice, the spoonful of honey and mix everything together.
For the presentation, it's very simple: grab a fairly tall and wide glass and fill it with ice cubes.
Pour in your previously cooled infusion, add a few mint leaves and don't forget the slices of fresh fruit for the finishing touch!
All that's left is to enjoy. If you're so inclined, you can also prepare this non-alcoholic floral cocktail recipe in an XXL version in a pretty glass carafe, just like you would a lemonade.
Guaranteed wow effect at sunny aperitif time!
As you've seen, infusion-based cocktails are really simple to make.
Alcohol-free, healthy and particularly thirst-quenching, they can accompany you all day long.

We can easily imagine you on a terrace, under a starry sky, a glass of Tutti Fleuri in hand, talking about the world with your friends... without thinking about tomorrow (which often gives you a headache!).
