What are the benefits of apple in infusions?

The apple is an age-old fruit that has accompanied humankind since its very beginnings and is associated with many myths and legends.

Surprising as it may seem, the first apples come from Kazakhstan, in Central Asia. Little by little, farming was developed across the Mediterranean. Today, it's the most harvested fruit in all of Europe.

Its benefits are now well recognised; it contains anti-oxidants, which prevent and slow down the ageing of cells.

What kind of apple is used in Les 2 Marmottes infusions?

Our priority is, above all, the taste of our infusions.

Depending on the variety, apple harvests can extend from August to November.

Sweet or sour, the trick is knowing how to bring out the flavours.

And our brewmasters are experts in that. In order for the apple to release its full flavour when immersed in hot water, they use fruit that has been dried over several days.

In which recipes do our brewmasters use apples?

You won't be able to resist the sweetness of our Apple&Cinnamon infusion.  The tangy taste of apple combined with the sweetness of cinnamon promises a delicious brew, with plants, fruits and nothing more.

Apple mixes perfectly with blackcurrant leaf, hibiscus leaf, and rosehip in our Fruit Blend infusion.

A fruity and refreshing blend to infuse in hot water or enjoy as a cold brew. A blend that you can also find in our 'Summer Infusion' box, to stay fresh as a daisy whatever the weather.
