To make our special Vin Chaud (Mulled Wine) concoction, we delved into quite a few cookbooks. That's how far this winter beverage has come!
To give ourselves the best possible chance, we have chosen the special spices that make mulled wine so popular throughout Europe: orange peel, cinnamon , a little clove , and a few coriander seeds. We even added a little ginger to spice things up. And of course, there are no added flavors . The preparation for Vin Chaud des 2 Marmottes is completely natural .
