Officialized by the United Nations in 1977, and celebrated every year on March 8 in many countries, this day is an opportunity to raise awareness and mobilize each of us for equality between men and women.
This is a good thing, because as a general rule, in a burrow, a male and a female marmot do not show any significant differences. It is therefore difficult to separate them. Now that's a rule we like!
Since 1976, Les 2 Marmottes has been very committed to pay equity between the men and women who make up its teams.
