It is at the foot of the mountains of Haute-Savoie that the recipes of 2 Marmottes are discreetly born.
Inspired by nature, boosted by the great outdoors, our master infusers spend their days with their heads in plants!
In their Bons-en-Chablais workshop, they imagine the tea of tomorrow and concoct new infusions with all their might. But there's no question of doing just anything!
At the burrow, we want real, we want 100% plants and especially no added flavors . So obviously, that complicates their task a little...
First step: rack your brains to come up with a new , original tea recipe or beneficial herbal tea.
Second step and not the least: find the right plants , the best flowers and the best spices from small producers where these finds of nature flourish best.
Step three: dry them and assemble them to achieve the perfect balance.
We'll spare you the details of the dozens of full-scale tests carried out at the burrow, the blind tastings that sometimes call everything into question, not to mention the vagaries of the weather.
As you will have understood, being a master infuser is not easy, but...
