Marmots in Provence

Les Marmottes en Provence

The marmots continue their summer journey. After Corsica and Morocco , their travel diary takes them to Provence...

When our two Marmots learned that the reliefs occupied more than half of the territory of Provence, and that the mountains were winning them over , they immediately set off towards the South. From the Lubéron to the Calanques of Marseille, from the Alpilles to the Esterel Massif, they sniffed the country!

Nestled in the heart of Provence, between Vaucluse and Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, the Luberon massif is full of surprises.

Behind its small mountains, you come across a cabin nestled in the vineyards, lavender fields surrounding the Notre-Dame de Sénanque abbey, olive trees as far as the eye can see, a hilltop chapel, a colorful market, and the imposing Château de Lourmarin. Not to mention the famous ochres of the Lubéron, which blend into the landscape as if by magic!

A colorful and lively destination, the Lubéron is not a routine place.

Lavender right into the cup

Nicknamed “the blue gold of the Luberon”, lavender is also featured in our floral green tea Thé Mince Alors?, delicately scented and 100% organic.

Midsummer Night's Sage

Sage grows everywhere in the Luberon massif. Enjoy the benefits of this "sacred herb" by sipping an iced Cocktail Digest infusion by the pool.

A bit bohemian, a touch wild, the Alpilles inspire, especially when you come from the Alps ! Among the favorites of our 2 Marmots: the Alphonse Daudet mill trail, the Carrières de Lumières, the art galleries of Saint-Rémy de Provence and the Vincent Van Gogh interpretation center, the Michelin-starred cuisine of chef Glenn Viel (and his super vegetable garden with lots of aromatic herbs ), the Saint-Eloi festivals, the santon museum in Paradou, the fougasse devoured at the market and the famous pistou soup.

A concentrate of the best of Provence

It looks like the South : thyme , oregano, rosemary , it's the winning trio of this southern infusion, as inspiring as the Alpilles

Wonders of nature, the calanques stretch for more than 20 km from Marseille to Cassis. With their fine sandy beaches, small, wild, rocky coves, and turquoise waters, our two marmots didn't regret their hike in the blazing sun to reach the famous calanques.

Europe's first national park encompassing land, sea, islands, and peri-urban areas, this unique site is teeming with exceptional biodiversity. Whether on land or at sea, we're counting on you to be as discreet as possible to preserve the fauna and flora of the coves.

Sea or land fennel?

Also called sea fennel, sea fennel colonizes the cracks in the rock walls of the coves. We prefer to keep our feet on the ground with its anise-flavored cousin present in our 100% Fennel infusion . For pastis fans, we can also use this fennel herbal tea to prepare a recipe for alcohol-free pastis .

He crawls in the coves...

A typically Provençal aromatic plant, rosemary thrives in the creeks and in your cup...

Nestled in the heart of the French Riviera, the Esterel Massif plunges seamlessly into the Mediterranean. This 250-million-year-old volcanic massif gives the landscape a unique charm.

Intense by nature, the Estérel brings together day hikers and lifelong hikers, cycling enthusiasts and of course, all those who love living with their feet in the water!

Take advantage of your trip to the area to get some height and admire the beauty of the landscapes from the Pic du Cap Roux or the Rastel d'Agay and to reach the Pelagos sanctuary by boat (who knows, you might come across dolphins or sperm whales...)

Mediterranean fragrance, secret savory

Our Lemon-Ginger infusion hides a hint of the Mediterranean! Discover the subtle taste of lemony savory in this sunny infusion.

Intense vacation

7th Heaven : as red and intense as the rock of the Esterel massif, this is the infusion that will make your vacation vibrate.
